Mr. Rakesh K Kaushik holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from MDS University. As a professional qualification, he holds Bachelors’ degree in Special Education (MR) & PGPDM from SPJIMR(Mumbai). He is associated with Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal Sanstha since July 1993. Previously, he remained Executive Member of Rajasthan Voluntary Health Association.
Mr. Kaushik has been the Director of Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal Sanstha, Chachiyawas and Daksha Empower Ability Foundation. He is an ultimate authority in both the organizations. Daksha, registered in October 2017, works to provide vocational training to disabled adults, motivate them by recognition of the creative products made by them and enabling them living dignified life independently. Mr. Kaushik has nearly 25 years of experience of working in the Social Sector in India, particularly in Rajasthan.
Mr. Kaushik has provided outstanding leadership as the Director and has contributed significantly to enable the Organization scale phenomenal heights under his stewardship. The numerous awards won by Mr. Kaushik and the Organization are a testimony to the tremendous credibility that Mr. Kaushik has built over the years.
During his tenure, the Organization has achieved good and consistent progress on key parameters like Resource Mobilization, Financial Management, Governance and the Management at HRD level. He has led organization through all odds & evens and the subsequent integrations have been smooth and seamless under his inspired leadership.
Mr. Kaushik continues to be the Director of the RMKM & Daksha as his guidance is like a candle lit in the darkness and his support motivates each n every employee to give excel in their works.

Mr Ram Niwas Prajapati:-
He is currently the Director of Daksha Empower Ability Foundation and is a key person responsible for creating and supporting the wooden unit of vocational centres on his own. He is also an inspiration in making other people join the company and thus helped them live a life of independence and dignity. He holds Bachelor’s degree with years of experience in manufacturing wooden home and office décor products. He believes that the most crucial problem disableds face is the lack of trust from the society & thus he himself proved as an example for the society despite being specially abled.
When he joined RMKM he was asked to work on laying the foundation for the wooden vocational centre and to work in a way which also engages special children in the vocational units. This made Mr Ramniwas sceptical about whether he would be able to do it, but this again he took as a challenge, established the wooden unit, through his contacts associated with many workers having physical disabilities and also trained many students with mental disabilities in a specific skill which led to their employment with big businesses in and around Ajmer district.
